Workplace Seminar and Training
This activity is carried out 4 times a year, usually held a few weeks before undergraduate graduation, this activity is carried out to improve and add to the scientific atmosphere, especially soft skills for final year students in order to increase and increase students' knowledge and interest in deepening their soft skills before being deployed in the world of work in order to be able to compete in the competitive world of work.
Establishment of Tracer Study Development for Alumni Data Analysis
Tracer study is a tracking activity for alumni who have graduated from a university which aims to obtain alumni feedback which can be categorized into academic and non-academic goals.
- For academic purposes, the results of the feedback can be used to improve the concept of learning within the Universitas Sumatera Utara.
- For non-academic purposes, the results of the feedback can be used to improve and evaluate curriculum development, infrastructure in line with educational objectives in order to align with market needs.
- The implementation of a tracer study at the University of North Sumatra is carried out once a year and is divided into several stages, namely survey instruments, online data collection and recording, and data analysis / reports.
Development of Information Systems and Information Services for Student Activities and Services
This activity is carried out once a year, and is carried out to develop system or website-based service features to serve students more efficiently, based on input and suggestions from the previous year.
