Recipient Requirements
USU students with active status, S1 / Diploma IV / Diploma III levels. Minimum semester II and maximum semester VI for S1 and Diploma IV, and semester IV for Diploma III.
Minimum GPA of 2.75
Come from 3T (Terdepan, Terluar, Tertinggal) areas according to PERPRES NUMBER 63 YEAR 2020 (PERPRES in the link list)
Come from economically disadvantaged families (preferably students recorded in the DTKS of the Ministry of Social Affairs)
Not currently receiving scholarships, working and / or being in official bond status from other institutions, agencies and companies
Have Non-Academic achievements (if any)
Document Requirements
Photocopy of Student Identity Card (KTM) and / or KTMS and / or screenshot of the Academic Portal
Photocopy of Study Result Card (KHS) last semester
Photocopy of Family Card (KK)
A certificate stating that he/she is a native of the local area, originating from the Village Office where he/she lives
A certificate from the Social Affairs Office that is registered with the DTKS of the Ministry of Social Affairs (students from families participating in the Family Hope Program (PKH), holders of the Prosperous Family Card (KKS) and / or a Certificate of Incapacity from the Head of Village / Village of origin and / or a Certificate of Income from the Head of Village / Village of origin and / or Parents' Salary Slip from the place of work.
Photo of the house where you live (front, living room and kitchen)
Certificate of the amount of electricity meter power of the house where you live
Certificate from the social institution/ orphanage if the student lives in a social institution/ orphanage (if any)
Certificates of championships that have been participated in (if any)
Application letter and statement of not receiving scholarship or tuition assistance from other sources (format in the link list)
Recommendation from the Faculty leader (Faculty student affairs section)
