Timeline for the 2025 Achievement Scholarship Registration

  1. Registration: February 10 -  22, 2025 (Extended until February 25, 2025) 
  2. Document verification: February 26 -  28, 2025 
  3. Announcement of document verification: March 4, 2025 
  4. Interview selection: March 5 - 7, 2025 
  5. Announcement of interview selection: March 12, 2025 
  6. Submission of bank account details: March 12 -   17, 2025 
  7. Disbursement Phase I: April 2025 
  8. Disbursement Phase II: August 2025

 

Requirements for the 2025 Achievement Scholarship Registration

  1. Active students of Universitas Sumatera Utara from all entry pathways 
  2. For Bachelor's (S1)/Diploma IV (D4) level, at least in the 2nd semester and at most in the 6th semester; for Diploma III (D3) level, at least in the 2nd semester and at most in the 4th semester 
  3. Minimum GPA of 3.00 
  4. Have achievements (co-curricular and/or extracurricular) at the National or International level while being a student at Universitas Sumatera Utara (IF ANY/NOT MANDATORY) 
  5. Not currently receiving scholarships, working, or under a service bond from other institutions/agencies

 

Documents Required for the 2025 Achievement Scholarship Registration

  1. Photocopy of Student ID Card (KTM)/KTMS/ACADEMIC PORTAL SCREENSHOT 
  2. Photocopy of the latest Student Grade Card (KHS) legalized by the Faculty 
  3. Photocopy of the current Study Plan Card (KRS) 
  4. Photocopy of certificates or other proof of achievements (co-curricular and/or extracurricular) at the National or International level (IF ANY/NOT MANDATORY) 
  5. Application letter and statement of not receiving other scholarships/educational financial aid from APBN/APBD sources, acknowledged by the Faculty Head (DOWNLOAD here) 
  6. Recommendation from the Faculty Head (student affairs section of each Faculty) 
  7. List of Required Documents (DOWNLOAD here) (Download first, do not edit directly) 
  8. Please complete all the required documents, scan them into one file, and upload them to the form link provided below. Hard copies of the required documents will be brought and submitted during the interview selection stage.

 

Quota & Amount of the 2025 Achievement Scholarship

  • Scholarship Quota: 

    250 recipients 

  • Scholarship Amount: 

    IDR 2,100,000/student/semester for one year
