Before searching for your name in this announcement, please read the following instructions and notices:
- The selection process was conducted through documentation (in the KIP-Kuliah system) and interviews based on the Secretary General's Regulation for the Indonesia Pintar Program for Higher Education Number 10 of 2022 by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.
- The quota for Universitas Sumatera Utara in 2022 is 1,279 students, as provided by the Ministry, so it is certain that many students will not pass from the total number of applicants. Students who do not pass should not be discouraged, as there are many other scholarships available at Universitas Sumatera Utara.
- Students who applied for the KIP K Non-UKT and did not pass are requested to fill out the following Google Form: https://tinyurl.com/pendataannonukt22, where they will undergo verification for UKT determination.
- To help ensure the success of one of the programs of the Student Welfare Division of the Directorate of Student Achievement and Alumni Relations regarding the equitable distribution of scholarships, all students are encouraged to participate by staying updated with the latest scholarship information posted on the Directorate's Website and Social Media (Instagram).
- This announcement is for the Regular KIP Kuliah; the KIP Kuliah Community Proposal (Stakeholder Aspirations of the Indonesian House of Representatives) will be announced a few days after this regular announcement.
- Students who have been declared as recipients of the KIP Kuliah Scholarship are not allowed to receive scholarships/assistance from any other parties.
- For students who pass, the schedule for collecting bank books will be informed once all administrative processes are completed.
