Description

Following the completion of the Document Verification and Objection Period (Masa Sanggah) stages of the KIP Kuliah Scholarship Selection Phase 3 Year 2025, we hereby convey the results of these stages along with the following details:

 

  1. A total of 467 students registered for the KIP Kuliah Phase 3 Selection. Among them, 453 students successfully completed their application documents, while 14 students still had incomplete files. During the objection period, only 5 students attended to correct their documents. Based on the verification results, 458 students were declared to have passed the document verification stage and are eligible to proceed to the interview stage.

     

  2. Students who applied through the KIP Kuliah – Aspirational Community Proposal Track (Jalur Aspirasi Usulan Masyarakat) will also undergo the interview process as the final step of selection. This stage aims to ensure that all prospective recipients fully meet the eligibility criteria. In accordance with the prevailing regulations, the quota for the Aspirational Community Proposal Track does not take from the main quota of KIP Kuliah Phase 3 Selection.

     

  3. The interview schedule for participants of the KIP Kuliah Phase 3 Selection Year 2025 and the KIP Kuliah Aspirational Community Proposal Track Year 2025 is provided in the official attachment to this announcement. Students who are unable to attend the interview on their scheduled date may come on the following day or vice versa.

     

  4. All participants of the KIP Kuliah Phase 3 Interview and Aspirational Community Proposal Track are required to prepare supporting documents, including:

  • National Identity Card (KTP)

  • Family Card (KK)

  • Indonesia Smart Card (Kartu PIP), if available

  • Social Welfare Data (DTKS), if available

  • Other relevant supporting documents


These documents do not need to be submitted in hardcopy form; softcopy or PDF format will be sufficient. For more details, please refer to the Official Letter on the KIP Kuliah Phase 3 Interview Schedule 2025 attached to this announcement. click here
