Scholarship Recipient Criteria
- Included in the category of underprivileged students as evidenced by SKTM
- Active students of the 2nd year or 3rd semester from the designated campus
- Minimum GPA of 3.00
- Not currently receiving other similar scholarships
Scholarship Requirement Documents
- Formal photo (wearing a black suit / blazer and a color-coded tosca green background photo: 009B97)
- Scan of Identity Card (KTP)
- Scan of Student Identity Card (KTM)
- Scan of Family Card (KK)
- Scan of the last GPA transcript
- Scan of the latest SKTM from the urban village
- Scan of achievement certificate
- Scan proof of electricity payment for the last 3 months
- Scan of UKT payment receipt for the last semester
- Photo of the house (front view & living room)
- Scan of achievement certificates (maximum 3)
