  1. Socialization: April 25 – May 20, 2025  
  2. Registration: May 21 – June 4, 2025  
  3. Administrative Selection: June 5 – July 4, 2025  
  4. Home Visit: July 28 – August 3, 2025  
  5. Interview Selection: July 11 – 27, 2025  
  6. Document Passing Announcement: July 7, 2025  
  7. Final Selection: August 4 – 7, 2025  
  8. Recipient Announcement: August 8, 2025  
  9. Contract Signing: August 10, 2025

 

Registration Requirements for Etos ID Scholarship 2025

  1. Muslim  
  2. Have a portfolio of academic and/or non-academic achievements  
  3. Graduates of high school/equivalent class of 2025 or gap year in 2024  
  4. Committed to participating in the improvement and development coaching program  
  5. SNBP students or UTBK 2025 prospective students at Universitas Sumatera Utara

 

Benefits of Etos ID Scholarship 2025

  1. Educational assistance (UKT) for 8 semesters with a performance evaluation system during the first year  
  2. Academic, organizational, and soft skills mentorship  
  3. Dormitory accommodation for 1 year for new students*  
  4. Monthly living allowance of IDR 600,000 for 6 semesters with performance evaluation during the first year
