Description
The requirements needed to apply for UKT Financial Assistance are as follows:
- Active students in the 3rd, 5th, and 7th semesters for Regular Bachelor's (S1) Program, and 3rd and 5th semesters for Regular Diploma 3 (D3) Program.
- Students eligible to apply for UKT Financial Assistance are:
a. Those whose parents/guardians face financial difficulties due to the impact of Covid-19;
b. Students from families participating in the Family Hope Program (PKH); or
c. Holders of the Prosperous Family Card (KKS), as evidenced by official government documents. - For students who DO NOT have a PKH or KKS card, it is MANDATORY to attach a certificate/proof that the parent/guardian responsible for tuition fees is experiencing financial difficulties due to Covid-19 (choose one), such as:
a. Death Certificate/Proof legalized by an authorized official, if the financier has passed away;
b. Termination/Retirement Certificate/Proof legalized by an authorized official, if the financier works in a private company/institution;
c. Temporary Dismissal Certificate/Proof legalized by an authorized official, if the financier works in a private company/institution;
d. Income Certificate/Proof from the Village Head/Urban Village Head, if the financier works in a non-formal company/institution;
e. Business Condition Certificate from the Village Head/Urban Village Head, if the financier owns a business that is not a legal entity. - A statement from the student concerned, acknowledged by the parent/guardian/other financier. (attached below)
- NOT currently receiving any scholarships in collaboration with the University.
- Attach a scan of the UKT/SPP Payment Slip for the even semester 2019/2020.
- Attach a scan of the ID card (KTP) and Family Card.
- Attach a scan of the Student ID card (KTM).
- Students must be registered in the PDPT DIKTI.
- This UKT/SPP assistance is only provided for the payment of UKT/SPP for 1 (one) semester, namely the Odd Semester 2020/2021.
- The registration deadline is September 27, 2020.
