Applicants must be students of Universitas Sumatera Utara.
Applicants must be active students in Diploma and Bachelor's degree programs.
B. DURATION
The scholarship is awarded to active students based on the current fiscal year and is provided for 1 (one) year and/or 2 (two) semesters.
C. QUOTA AND UNIT PRICE
A quota of 500 students for all Faculties from all Regular pathways.
The unit price for the year 2023 is IDR 2,100,000 (two million one hundred thousand rupiah) per student per semester for one year.
II. SPECIFIC PROVISIONS
A. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's/Diploma IV/Diploma III students must be at least in the 2nd semester and at most in the 6th semester for Bachelor's and Diploma IV levels, and at least in the 2nd semester and at most in the 4th semester for Diploma III level.
Minimum GPA of 2.75.
From economically disadvantaged families (priority given to students registered in the DTKS Kemensos).
Not currently receiving scholarships, working, or under a service bond with any other institution/agency.
Photocopy of Student ID Card (KTM); for students who do not yet have a KTM, print the front part of the student academic portal showing Name and Student ID Number (NIM).
Photocopy of the latest Student Grade Card (KHS) legalized by the Faculty.
Photocopy of Family Card (KK).
Certificate from the Social Service stating registration in DTKS Kemensos (students from families participating in the Family Hope Program (PKH), holders of the Prosperous Family Card (KKS), and/or Certificate of Economic Disadvantage from the local village head and/or Income Statement from the local village head and/or Parent's Salary Slip from the workplace).
Photos of the residence (front, living room, and kitchen).
Certificate of electricity meter size of the residence from PLN or the local village head (450, 900, 1300, etc.).
Letter from a social home/orphanage if the student resides there (if applicable).
Application letter and statement of not receiving other scholarships/educational financial aid from APBN/APBD sources, acknowledged by the Faculty Head.
Recommendation from the Faculty Head (Form available at the Student Affairs section of each faculty).

The deadline for registration and document submission is March 8, 2023, at 3:00 PM WIB.
All required documents must be submitted to the Directorate of Student Achievement and Alumni Relations Office at the Rectorate of Universitas Sumatera Utara using a GREEN FOLDER, with the format on the front of the folder: Name – NIM – Faculty – Department – Phone Number – Type of Scholarship applied for, during office hours.
