ON-MIPA 2018 University Level
Description

The National Mathematics and Natural Sciences Olympiad for Higher Education (ON MIPA-PT) is an event organized by the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs, covering the fields of Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology. It was initiated in 2009 as part of preparing students in mastering basic sciences and Mathematics, with the ultimate goal of enhancing the nation's competitiveness.

The competition is conducted in three stages: Stage I at the university level, Stage II at the regional level (Kopertis), and Stage III at the national level (Dikti).

 

PARTICIPANTS AND REQUIREMENTS

  1. Participants must be students:

    a. Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (S1)
    b. In a maximum of the 8th semester

    c. Registered in the Higher Education Database (PD-Dikti)
    d. Not graduated by August 31, 2018
    e. Participating in one of the ON MIPA competition fields: Mathematics, Chemistry, or Physics

  2. Participants must not have previously won a gold medal or first place in ON MIPA-PT or OSN-Pertamina.
  3. Participants who pass Stage II selection are the best from Stage I selection and receive a recommendation from the university's student affairs leadership.

STAGE I REGISTRATION

  1. Fill out the registration form.
  2. Participate in Stage I selection on February 20, 2018, according to the schedule from BKK.
