- Announcement of Scholarship Recipients: End of May 2025
Pelindo Prestasi Scholarship 2025 Terms and Conditions
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Active undergraduate (S1) students who will be entering the 5th semester in June 2025
- Experiencing financial difficulties, proven by one of the following: Certificate of Financial Hardship, parents’ income statement, Social Welfare Card (KKS), or household electricity bill (choose one)
- Not currently receiving any other scholarships
- Must meet all requirements and pass the scholarship selection process
- Minimum cumulative GPA (Grade Point Average) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills and is actively involved in student organizations or social activities

Enrolled in one of the following universities and study programs:
- Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB)
- Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS)
- Institut Bogor Agricultural (IPB)
- Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU)
- Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP)
- Universitas Hasanuddin (UNHAS)
- Universitas Pattimura (UNPATTI)
Obligations for Pelindo Prestasi Scholarship 2025 Applicants
Students participating in the selection process must:
- Undergo administrative selection
- Participate in a psychological test and interview.
- Await the official announcement of scholarship recipients.
- Accept the scholarship if selected.
- Upon selection, join the Pelindo training, mentoring, and development program every semester.
- Attend the scholarship inauguration event and initial training and mentoring session.
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00 throughout the scholarship period.
- Agree to write a thesis/final project related (partially or entirely) to logistics, port transportation, or sustainability in port ecosystems by signing the attached declaration form.
- Agree to promote the Pelindo Prestasi Scholarship on social media by signing the attached declaration form.
Benefits of the Pelindo Prestasi Scholarship 2025
- Educational Financial Aid – Tuition support for two academic years (for 5th through 8th semesters)
