Letter of Recommendation (scholarship management staff who will sign to the leadership).
Scholarship Application Form (scholarship management staff who will sign to the leadership).
Photocopy of certificates / award certificates for academic or non-academic competitions that have been obtained (if any)

All required documents are collected at the Office of the Bureau of Student Affairs and Alumni Affairs (BKK counter) of the Rector's Bureau using a BLUE folder until Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 15.00 WIB.
