Eligibility Criteria for the PT WOOK Global Technology Scholarship (Odd Semester 2025/2026)
Active students enrolled in Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree programs from all study fields.
Currently in the 3rd to 7th semester of study.
Possess a minimum GPA of 3.25.
Preference will be given to students from economically disadvantaged families, proven by a Certificate of Financial Hardship (SKTM) issued by the local authority.
Demonstrate academic or non-academic achievements (optional, considered an added value).
Scholarship Benefits and Period (Odd Semester 2025/2026)
The PT WOOK Global Technology Educational Support Scholarship provides financial assistance of IDR 2,000,000 per student for 50 selected recipients. This scholarship is awarded once only (single disbursement) for the Odd Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year.
Required Documents for the PT WOOK Global Technology Scholarship (Odd Semester 2025/2026)
Recent passport-sized photograph.
Photocopies of Student ID Card (KTM), National ID Card (KTP), and Family Card (KK).
Certified copy of the most recent Grade Transcript (KHS) legalized by the faculty, or an up-to-date academic transcript showing a minimum GPA of 3.25.
Certificate of Active Student Status issued by the university.
Integrity Pact signed on IDR 10,000 stamp duty (template provided in the official faculty announcement)
Scanned copy of the Certificate of Financial Hardship (SKTM) issued by the village or subdistrict office.
Scanned copies of achievement certificates (optional).
All required documents must be combined into a single PDF file, arranged in the specified order, and submitted to the Faculty Student Affairs Office no later than September 30, 2025.
Scholarship Application Procedure
Registration for the PT WOOK Global Technology Scholarship (Odd Semester 2025/2026) is conducted through each Faculty’s Student Affairs Office at Universitas Sumatera Utara.
