Description
In relation to the letter from the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology Number 4772/E2/BS.01.01/2021 dated August 21, 2021, regarding the Announcement of Registration for the Master's Degree Overseas Study Preparation (Bridging Course) Program Scholarship, it is hereby announced that the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology will open registration for students who will continue their studies to the master's level with the following requirements:
Participant Requirements:
- Hold a maximum degree of Bachelor's (S1) or be an active undergraduate student who has completed their final project.
- Maximum age of 40 years in 2021
- Have a commitment to continue studies at the master's level
- Have adequate academic ability, indicated by a minimum GPA of 3.25
- Have adequate international language proficiency, indicated by an international language proficiency certificate (TOEFL with a minimum score of 500 or IELTS 6.0)
- Obtain a recommendation from the university leadership or relevant supervisor (for those who are employed)
Selection:
- Eligible candidates register through the system prepared by the Directorate General of Higher Education at the link https://bit.ly/bridgingcourseS1
- All requirements must be uploaded completely in the system. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
- The selection team evaluates the uploaded documents and decides whether a candidate advances to the next stage.
- All candidates receive written notification regarding the selection results. Both accepted and rejected candidates will receive notifications.
- The next selection stage involves an interview. The committee will provide a detailed schedule, and each candidate will follow the selection process according to the predetermined schedule.
- The final selection results are announced in writing to the candidates.
The registration period for the Master's Degree Overseas Study Preparation Program Scholarship (Bridging Course) has been extended from August 23 to August 31, 2021.
