It is announced to the students of Universitas Sumatera Utara that the selection for the "Social Project Camp Scholarship - Base Camp" Kimia Farma Batch 2 Year 2021, in collaboration with the Karya Salemba Empat Foundation (KSE), is open with the following conditions:
REGISTRATION
Complete the Registration Form at www.beasiswa.or.id thoroughly
Attach soft copies of the required documents to the KSE online registration account, which include: a. Passport photo and full-body photo b. ID card (KTP) and Student ID card (KTM) c. Family Card (KK) d. Latest Academic Transcript (KHS) legalized by the Faculty e. Parent's Income Statement from the Village Head/Salary Slip for Employees f. Recommendation Letter from the Faculty g. Electricity (PLN) or Water (PDAM) Bill
Create a Social Project Proposal with the theme: Health/Environment/Social Community/Education/Combination of these themes. Send the proposal to the email: proposalbasecamp2@kse.or.id with the email subject: KSE Online Registration Number - Full Name - USU
Online registration is open until March 25, 2021
REQUIREMENTS
The student must be unmarried
Regular Bachelor's degree students in at least the 3rd semester and at most the 6th semester
Not currently receiving a scholarship, working, or under a service bond with any other institution/agency
Have good academic and non-academic achievements
The student's family is classified as low-income/affected by the Covid-19 pandemic
