Timeline for the 2025 Student Learning Assistance Scholarship Registration
- Registration: February 10 - 22, 2025 (Extended until February 25, 2025)
- Document verification: February 26 - 28, 2025
- Announcement of document verification: March 4, 2025
- Interview selection: March 5 - 7, 2025
- Announcement of interview selection: March 12, 2025
- Submission of bank account details: March 12 - 17, 2025
- Disbursement Phase I: April 2025
- Disbursement Phase II: August 2025
Requirements for the 2025 Student Learning Assistance Scholarship Registration
- Active students of Universitas Sumatera Utara in the Regular pathway (not the SMM Mandiri pathway S1/D4 (with IPI))
- For Bachelor's (S1)/Diploma IV (D4) level, at least in the 2nd semester and at most in the 6th semester; for Diploma III (D3) level, at least in the 2nd semester and at most in the 4th semester
- Minimum GPA of 2.75
- From economically disadvantaged families (priority given to students registered in DTKS Kemensos recipients of assistance)
- Not currently receiving scholarships, working, or under a service bond from other institutions/agencies
Documents Required for the 2025 Student Learning Assistance Scholarship Registration
- Photocopy of Student ID Card (KTM)/KTMS/ACADEMIC PORTAL SCREENSHOT
- Photocopy of the latest Student Grade Card (KHS) legalized by the Faculty
- Photocopy of Family Card (KK)
- Certificate from the Social Service stating registration in DTKS Kemensos (students from families participating in the Family Hope Program (PKH), holders of the Prosperous Family Card (KKS), other aid recipients and/or Certificate of Economic Disadvantage from the local village head and/or Income Statement from the local village head and/or Parent's Salary Slip from workplace and/or Termination of Employment letter)
- Photos of the residence; (front, living room, and kitchen)
- Statement of electricity meter size of the residence (450, 900, 1300, etc.)
- Letter from social home/orphanage if the student resides there (if applicable)
- Application letter and statement of not receiving other scholarships/educational financial aid from APBN/APBD sources, acknowledged by the Faculty Head (DOWNLOAD here)
- Recommendation from the Faculty Head (student affairs section of each Faculty)
