Tuition Fee Refund for KIP College Students of the Class of 2020
Description

For students who are recipients of the KIP College Assistance from the 2020 cohort and have already paid the tuition fee (SPP) for the Odd Semester of the Academic Year 2020/2021, please note the following requirements:

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Fill out the Tuition Fee Refund Form for KIP College Students of the 2020 Cohort
  2. Attach the Rector's Decree on the Determination of Scholarship Recipients:
     a. KIP College Program
     b. KIP College Community Proposal Program
  3. Attach the ORIGINAL Tuition Fee Payment Slip for the Odd Semester 2020/2021

 

REFUND PROCEDURE:

  1. Students fill out the refund form according to their student data
  2. Sign the form with a 10,000 IDR stamp
  3. The refund form must be acknowledged by the Vice Dean II of each Faculty
  4. Complete the form and the required attachments as per the refund requirements
  5. Submit all documents to the ADMINISTRATION section on the 3rd floor of the Rector's Bureau at USU.
