About the KIP-K Phase 3 Selection for 2025
Eligible SNBP Non-UKT Students — Students who registered through the KIP Kuliah SNBP pathway and meet the criteria as PIP School recipients / listed in DTKS / PPKE deciles 1–3, and have been officially declared eligible by the Ministry through their respective KIP accounts. Currently, they are in the process of determination and disbursement submission.

Eligible SNBT Non-UKT Students — Students who registered through the KIP Kuliah SNBT pathway and meet the same criteria as above (PIP School recipients / listed in DTKS / PPKE deciles 1–3, and officially declared eligible by the Ministry). They are also currently in the process of determination and disbursement submission.
Students declared eligible in points 1 and 2 are officially considered “qualified” recipients of the KIP Kuliah Scholarship 2025. The following important notes apply:
Students whose names are listed on the eligibility link in points 1 and 2 are considered “Qualified” recipients of the 2025 KIP Kuliah Scholarship (SNBP Pathway). However, if later found that:
a. They falsified or manipulated any required registration documents; or
b. They are actually from financially capable families,
then they will face sanctions in accordance with applicable laws and revocation of their scholarship status.
Information regarding the distribution of bank books will be announced later once administrative processing by the Directorate of Student Achievement and Alumni Relations has been completed.
4. Based on the official letter from the Center for Higher Education Funding and Assessment (No. 1045/F2/LP.01.01/2025) regarding the Quota Allocation for Phase 3 KIP Kuliah, the number of KIP Kuliah recipients at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) is set at 120 students.
Eligible applicants for Phase 3 selection are students admitted through SNBP, SNBT, or Independent Diploma admission tracks who were previously not selected in Phases 1 and 2. Additionally, students must be registered PIP School recipients or listed in DTKS/PPKE deciles 1–3, and meet other requirements outlined in the Decree of the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology No. 7/A/KEP/2025 on the Guidelines for the Indonesia Smart Card for Higher Education Program.

Registration: September 13 – 16, 2025
Document Verification: September 17, 2025
Document Verification Result Announcement: September 18, 2025
Interview: September 19 – 20, 2025
Finalization, Validation, and Plenary Meeting: September 21 – 23, 2025
Final Result Announcement: September 24, 2025
Eligibility Criteria for KIP Kuliah Phase 3 (2025)
New students from the Class of 2025, admitted through SNBP, SNBT, or Independent Diploma pathways, who graduated from high school/vocational school or equivalent in 2025, 2024, or 2023.
