The hope of carrying out this activity can provide students or alumni who will enter the world of work with an overview, life stories, and tips and tricks for dealing with the environment/life of the world of work so that it can encourage students or alumni, and for alumni who have entered the world of work, this activity is also expected as a means for self-development to achieve higher career prospects. This activity was carried out by inviting students who will graduate and alumni of Universitas Sumatera Utara.
Implementation
This Alumni Empowerment Socialization activity was conducted online via Zoom on November 10, 2021. The event began with an official opening by the USU Vice Chancellor 1 and was attended by presenters and the organizing committee from the USU Bureau of Student Affairs and Alumni Affairs. After the opening, the activity continued with the delivery of material by the speakers according to the following schedule.

Participants
The participants of this activity are students of the final semester who will graduate in the USU environment and USU Alumni; participants of the Socialization of Alumni Empowerment have previously filled in the data on the G-form of the Socialization of Alumni Empowerment. The number of participants who attended online was ± 229 people (attendance attached).
