Launching Beo Nias, the 34th PIMNAS Mascot, USU Rector Promises Postgraduate Scholarships and Lectures for USU Students with Gold Awards

"MEDAN - USU PR: Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) is ready to host the 34th National Student Science Week (PIMNAS) in 2021 and host 2,200 students from 100 universities in Indonesia who compete in the event. In addition, USU also promises a Masters scholarship for USU students who win the 2021 PIMNAS gold and will be appointed as lecturers at USU."

Opening Ceremony PKKMB USU 2020

The opening of the 2020 Universitas Sumatera Utara Campus Life Introduction for New Students (PKKMB) series of events was officially opened today by the USU Rector, Prof. Dr. Runtung, S.H., M.Hum, Monday, September 28, 2020, at 08.00 AM, this event was also attended by Rectorate officials, namely the Vice-Rectors, University Secretaries, Bureau Heads, Expert Staff and administrative staff of the Bureau of Student Affairs and Alumni Affairs, the Deans of the 15 Faculties who symbolically received the faculty flag as a sign of the relay of new students from the Rector to the Faculty Dean.

Opening of USU 1st Games 2019

The first USU Games event began today, Monday, November 04, 2019, and will last until November 30, 2019. The USU Games I activity, with the theme "Solidarity above Rivalry," was attended by students in all 15 Faculties at the Universitas Sumatera Utara who would later compete for the USU Rector's rotating Cup.
